LODGING INFORMATION
The World Series is a 'Stay To Play' Event
Triple Crown has an official lodging online platform that teams are required to use for booking lodging. This convenient software automates and simplifies booking and reporting your rooms. When a team is paid and registered the coach will be emailed a custom team booking link. Teams that register early have first access to book lodging with our approved hotel partners. Many hotels or rooms types sell out fast. This system will allow you to request more rooms at some hotels but this is NOT a guarantee. We are always working to add hotels and more rooms so please check the feed regularly. EVENT DETAILS
2025 marks the 30th year of the Triple Crown Baseball World Series -- this is our fifth year running the World Series in the Vail Valley. This location has already been embraced by teams from around the country, which appreciate the warm days, cool nights and multiple all-weather fields found in these high-country retreats. Away from the diamond, there's rafting, hiking, biking and a deep roster of terrific restaurants, making this a stress-free expedition for families.
ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:
- 5-Game Guarantee - Gate fee - Beautiful Colorado weather - 1 Dozen baseballs - Memories for a Lifetime! PRICE BREAKDOWN 13D1: $2,750 NEW AGE CUTOFF INFORMATION FOR 9U -14U: We will still have the same cutoff date for all ages, but will allow for grade exceptions (see Tournament Rules) effective immediately. FORMAT: Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 5 games. Double elimination playoff bracket. AWARDS: Team Awards - 1st Place through 3rd Place; Individual Awards - 1st/2nd Place. EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: One dozen baseballs included with each entry. (All game balls must be NFHS approved) GAME TIMES AVAILABLE: July 7th, 2025 by Noon MT. ITINERARYPin Trading: This will happen during the skills contest and throughout the tournament.

REFUND POLICYA 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations. There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, if a team cancels 60 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee. Lastly, if a team cancels 61 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee. If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund. Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund. FAQComing Soon!
