NEW AGE CUTOFF INFORMATION FOR 9U -14U: We will still have the same cutoff date for all ages, but will allow for grade exceptions (see Tournament Rules) effective immediately.

Lodging: Teams are required to book 36 room nights (example: 9 rooms for 4 nights) with TC approved hotels or pay the surcharge in order to be eligible to play in the event.

FORMAT: Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 5 games.

AWARDS: Team Awards - 1st Place through 4th Place; Individual Awards - 1st Place through 4th Place.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: One dozen Baden baseballs included with each entry. (All game balls must be NFHS approved)

REFUND POLICY

A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.

There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 30 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.

Otherwise, if a team cancels 60 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 50% fee.

Lastly, if a team cancels 61 days prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquartered event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.

If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.

Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.

If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
